NEXO

NEXO is one of the largest players in the Crypto lending sphere. Here you can deposit crypto and earn daily interest or use the crypto as collateral to take out a fiat/stablecoin loan. They also have an in-house exchange for exchanging cryptos and a debit card so you can spend your crypto in the real world.
